Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
Bookings must be made in advance with credit card guarantee at the time of booking.
Modification or cancellation must be made 72 hours before check-in; otherwise, including no-show cases, a charge equivalent to the full stay will apply.
Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian upon entering The Explorers.
Advance reservation is required for breakfast and afternoon tea. Afternoon tea is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Lighthouse Lounge on the arrival day only.
