Terms and Conditions:

• No cancellations or amendments are allowed once the reservation is confirmed. In case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred. 
• *Rates are applicable on a per-room per-night basis, while a 10% service charge shall apply.
• *Effective 1 January 2025, hotel room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax under the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348). 
• ^Advance reservation is required for buffet breakfast or welcome drinks.
• The above offer is valid for selected dates only, which include day and nighttime experiences from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. 
• Tickets are valid for One-time admission for each of the designated Halloween Fest attractions of the relevant ticket during 10-12, 17-19, 24-26, 29, 31 October and 1-2 November 2025 only. 
• **'DARK' tickets with access to 3 Halloween Fest attractions (The Hatred Box presented, The Ritual Mansion, and The Cannibal Woods)
• **'LOST' tickets to access to 3 Halloween Fest attractions (The Unsolved Terrors, The Soul Graveyard, and H25: Rising Fear lab).
• Participants aged 3 - 11 must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above with a valid ticket at Ocean Park Hong Kong. Children aged below 5 are not permitted to enter Ocean Park Halloween Fest attractions. 
• Please refer to Ocean Park's official website for Terms and Conditions. In the event of disputes on tickets, the decision of Ocean Park shall be final.
