In collaboration with The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, this limited-time showcase celebrates the vibrant and diverse flavours of Singapore’s rich culinary legacy.
Helmed by guest chef Chan Yiaw Chee, whose distinguished career spans over 25 years, the menu presents authentic recipes inspired by Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan traditions. Savour signature creations such as Singapore Fruit Rojak, Traditional Mamak Kambing Soup and Singapore Fried Hokkien Mee, alongside iconic favourites including Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab and Nyonya Ayam Rendang.
