Embark on a journey through Savour Singapore: Flavours of Heritage, a limited-time showcase celebrating the authentic and diverse flavours that define Singapore’s rich gastronomic legacy.
Helming this special showcase is Chef Chan Yiaw Chee, Senior Sous Chef of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, whose distinguished culinary career spans more than 25 years. Renowned for his dedication to preserving Singapore’s culinary heritage, Chef Chan draws inspiration from the vibrant traditions of Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan cuisines.

Savour a selection of Chef Chan’s signature creations, including the refreshing Singapore Fruit Rojak, hearty Traditional Mamak Kambing Soup and beloved Singapore Fried Hokkien Mee. Seafood highlights feature the iconic Singapore Chilli Crab and robust Black Pepper Crab, alongside comforting home-style favourites such as Nyonya Ayam Rendang, Imperial-Style Soy Braised Pork Belly and Nyonya Chap Chye.
