Terms and Conditions: 

• The party package is applicable to a minimum group of 8 children, while the Cheung Po Tsai Cave Party Room can accommodate up to 40 guests.
• All prices are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original price, and reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. The party time is subject to availability, and a 50% deposit is required to confirm the party reservation.
• Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Additional companions will incur an extra charge of HK$100 per adult.
• To maintain our facility as germ-free as possible, every child and adult must wear socks before entering. You may bring your own socks or purchase them from the kiosk for HK$20 per pair.
• Food and drink portions are served based on confirmed child attendance.
• No food and drinks are allowed in the play area.
• To keep our world a greener place, we strongly encourage you to bring a reusable container for leftover food. Takeaway food boxes are available for purchase at HK$5 each.
• All guests must comply with the rules and regulations of The Explorers.
• If the Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted, the party will proceed as scheduled. However, if the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in effect within 3 hours before the party starts, you can reschedule the party (subject to availability).
• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform The Fullerton FUN Team via phone, email, or in person at least 21 days in advance, otherwise, a 100% charge will apply.
