Terms and Conditions:

• Cancellation or amendment must be made no later than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival to avoid incurring a penalty charge. In the event that the hotel is notified any later than this, or in case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred.
• Rates are applicable on a per room, per night basis and are subject to a 10% service charge. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Effective 1 January 2025, hotel room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax under the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348).
• The above offer is valid until 31 December 2026.
• The above offer is not applicable to kids' themed rooms or suites.
• This offer is limited to guests aged 18 and over. Guests must present a valid travel document or passport (physical or electronic) to be eligible for free racecourse entry.
• Dining vouchers and gifts will be distributed to guests upon check-in at the hotel.

• Happy Valley night races are generally held on Wednesday evenings, but dates may vary. Please refer to the racing calendar for the latest schedule. The Jockey Club has published the racing schedule up to July 2026; subsequent race dates and times are subject to change on the Jockey Club website.
