This summer, Lighthouse Lounge invites you to indulge in the vibrant allure of the tropics with two seasonal cocktails, thoughtfully crafted to capture the spirit of sun-drenched afternoons and breezy coastal evenings.

From leisurely aperitif moments to elegant sundown gatherings, every sip delivers a delightful balance of bright fruit notes and cooling refreshment.

Signature Highlights:

South Breeze – HK$98 per glass*

 A sophisticated blend of Plantation Dark Rum and Malibu, layered with the tropical sweetness of pineapple and mango, brightened by a twist of lime and delicately finished with soda. Fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced, it is a sophisticated taste of summer by the sea.

Frozen Island – HK$78 per glass*

Peach halves and strawberry puree together with orange juice to create a crisp, alcohol-free refreshment. Light, pure and invigorating, it brings the calming essence of the ocean to every sip.
