Begin with a choice of tender Angus Beef Tartare, Foie Gras on brioche, or Chef Mitchell’s interpretation of the classic French seafood soup, Bouillabaisse.

For the main act, enjoy gourmet pleasures from land or sea — grass-fed Lumina Lamb served with creamy leek soubise, succulent Côte Courte de Boeuf or velvety Toothfish, complemented with anchovy carrot velouté, and sakura ebi.

A sweet finish comes courtesy of the iconic Apple Tarte Tatin or Tarte à la Crème Brûlée.
