At La Brasserie, each weekend is marked with a special ritual — a resplendent brunch, served in the convivial scene of its elegant salons. Starring the freshest produce, succulent roasts and French bistro classics, the exquisite all-you-can-eat spread promises a treat for every gourmand. 

Be greeted with a classic cocktail, presented from a beverage trolley. The jubilance continues all afternoon, with free-flowing Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut NV or Veuve Clicquot champagne, in addition to wine, Gin & Tonic, Bloody Mary, and beer.

A treat for the senses, be a spectator to creative live displays by our chefs, and be tantalised with pass-around snacks throughout this vibrant epicurean affair. Cap off the afternoon on a note of indulgence, with an artisanal French cheese board and a repertoire of decadent sweets freshly crafted by the pastry team. In addition to classics like Madagascar Vanilla Crème Brûlée and oozing Fondant au Chocolat, dessert lovers can watch the pastry chef deftly prepare the signature Berries Forest at a live station. 

As the sunrays stream in through full-length windows that overlook Marina Bay, we invite you to sit back, raise a glass of champagne, and relish the joy of living.
