The Landing Point unveils six new signature cocktails, each a liquid homage to Singapore’s heritage and the hotel’s historic waterfront setting beside The Clifford Pier.

Highlights include Indigo Lychee, inspired by batik, and Singapore’s past as a regional textile trading hub. A base of vodka is lifted by lychee and the soft, floral hue of blue pea flower and yuzu, and finished with a whisper of fino sherry. The result is an elegant cocktail accentuated by a fine dusting of gold powder, evoking the indigo patterns and floral motifs of traditional batik.

Meanwhile, Kueh Lapis is an indulgent layered creation crafted to recreate the taste of The Fullerton’s signature Kueh Lapis in cocktail form. Fat-washed whiskey provides richness and warmth, balanced by local gula melaka and rounded with walnut bitters. Spirited and full-bodied, this drink unfolds layer by layer, mirroring the myriad cultural influences that define Singapore.

Other libations — Kueh Lapis, Coffee & Scones, Mango Lemongrass, and Strawberry Pu’er — reinterpret local flavours through refined, contemporary mixology.Priced from S$24++ to S$28++, the cocktails are served in refined glassware and paired with attentive service against sweeping Marina Bay views.
