Terms and Conditions

  • Offer is valid from Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays and its eves.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to a 10% service charge and the prevailing hotel accommodation tax by the government.
  • Cancellation or amendment must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid incurring a penalty charge. In the event, the hotel is notified any later than this, or in case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred.
  • Advance reservation is required for breakfast and afternoon tea. Afternoon tea is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Lighthouse Lounge on the arrival day only.
  • Child must be accompanied by an adult or guardian upon entering The Explorers.
  • The offer is valid from now until 31 March 2025 and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
