  • **Secure Parking is located at the entrance of 159 Pitt Street. Single entry and exit for one vehicle within a 24-hour period. Tickets must be validated at the hotel Concierge Desk. Any additional hours will be charged at a rate equal to a full nightly/24-hour rate. 
  • Free cancellation if request is made before 6.00 p.m. on the date of your arrival. Thereafter, no-shows and late cancellations will incur a one-night room charge.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking made with an invalid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card provided.
  • A merchant service fee of 1.85 percent is applied to all credit card transactions and 0.9 percent for debit cards
