Terms and Conditions
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to a 10% service charge and the prevailing 3% hotel accommodation tax.
- A surcharge may apply during festive periods and peak seasons for reservations with a stay duration of 21 nights or more.
- Full prepayment is required prior to arrival and is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
- No cancellation or amendment is permitted once the reservation is confirmed and the agreement has been signed. In the event of an early departure or a shortened stay, a charge equivalent to the total fee of the full booked stay will be incurred.
- Any request for an extension of stay beyond the period stipulated in the agreement is subject to (i) the availability of the requested room category as confirmed by the Hotel, (ii) the room rate offered by the Hotel at that time, and (iii) the signing of a new agreement. Full prepayment for the extended period is required to guarantee the reservation extension.
- The registered guest shall be responsible for all room charges and any associated incidental charges incurred throughout the entire stay. Incidental charges must be settled on a weekly basis.
- Advance reservations are required for all hotel restaurants and lounge, Sense of Touch Southside, and The Pool.
- Blackout dates apply to the above dining offers: 3 – 7 April 2026, 1 & 10 & 24 – 25 May 2026, 19 & 21 June 2026, 1 July 2026, 25 – 26 September 2026, 1 & 18 – 19 October 2026, and 22 & 24 – 26 & 31 December 2026; 1 January 2027, 6 – 9 February 2027, 26 – 29 March 2027, 30 April 2027, 1 – 4 May 2027, 1 – 5 October 2027, and 24 – 31 December 2027.
