Duty Manager

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure Front Office daily operation runs efficiently
  • Ensure Front Office staff provides guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition
  • Greet the VIP guests and assist in VIP's arrival & departure
  • Handle guest complaints and any emergency issues professionally
  • Check the cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and as well as Front Office staff in proper and orderly appearance and behaviors

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in hotel management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Front Office Department
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude under high pressure situations
