•    No cancellation or amendment is allowed once the reservation is confirmed. In case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred.

•    Guests are recommended to proceed to the assembly point at The Explorers (G/F) at 9:40 a.m. on the day of the Fullerton Aberdeen Fishing Heritage Tour.
•    Blackout dates apply and the Fullerton Aberdeen Fishing Heritage Tour is available on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday for guests to enjoy during the stay only.
•    Rooms are subject to availability and advance reservations are required.

•    Pursuant to Phase 1 of the amendments to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance, which will take effect on 22 April 2024, hotels in Hong Kong are prohibited from providing guests with complimentary plastic-containing toiletries listed under the Ordinance. Guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries to foster a plastic-free culture. Guests who need toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs can purchase from our hotel, and proceeds will be donated to the Hong Kong Ocean Park Conservation Foundation to support marine conservation.
