A TALE OF CULINARY EXCELLENCE FROM AROUND THE WORLD
In collaboration with globally renowned chefs, The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts will be bringing the world’s finest culinary experiences to Singapore, converging in a historic landmark – Clifford Pier.
The Fullerton’s inaugural World’s Best Chefs will launch in May featuring Chef Francis Mallmann, Argentinian celebrity chef and grill master specialising in Patagonian methods of open-fire cooking.
Chef Francis Mallmann will showcase his mastery of open-fire cooking techniques with seven exclusive dinners from 22 to 26, 29 and 30 May 2022 at The Clifford Pier. The six-course dinner menu will feature dishes cooked in an open-fire dome barbecue pit, specially constructed at The Clifford Pier's al fresco area.
Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng from Jade presents the signature Jade Originals rice dumplings, alongside The Fullerton Classics rice dumplings — a new range of flavours inspired by the beloved Nyonya cuisine.
