In light of the latest COVID-19 safety measures, all dining establishments at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore are temporarily closed from 22 July to 18 August 2021. 

If you would like to enjoy our chef’s creations, please visit where you can opt for food delivery or pickup and enjoy a taste of Singapore’s favourite local dishes, Chinese signatures from Jade restaurant, French specialities from La Brasserie, gourmet packages and e-vouchers ideal for celebrations, gifting and more.



Occupying the space of the original Clifford Pier, The Clifford Pier preserves the pier’s hawker culture while honouring its historical role as the landing point of Singapore’s forefathers.

On weekends, The Clifford Pier serves brunch with a heritage twist. Savour exquisite dim sum classics alongside distinctively local flavours, freshly prepared for maximum flavour and delivered straight to the table. To revive the charm of the pier when it was a bustling hawker centre at night, our chefs will dish local favourites such as Satay, Popiah, Laksa and Chicken Rice.

Shoot the breeze and soak up the stunning waterfront views of Marina Bay with your favourite G&T in hand at the Gin Parlour. Located at the al fresco area of The Clifford Pier, Gin Parlour sets the stage for a romantic al fresco evening like no other.
