In celebration of Bastille Day, Chef de Cuisine Mitchell Yeo presents a refined four-course set menu that pays tribute to the best of French cuisine. Begin with the timeless Foie de Canard, followed by elegant interpretations of French classics, each thoughtfully paired with a curated French wine. Conclude on a sweet note with a delicate Mille-feuille — a meal designed to enchant the senses.
