From 2 to 13 February 2021, La Brasserie will present a French take on the traditional celebration featuring King Fish Tiradito Yu Sheng, Seafood Cognac Bisque, a choice of main course between Halibut with Scallop or Wagyu Beef Cheek and Pineapple Mi Cuit Confit with Kumquat Cremeux for dessert. Priced at S$118* per person.
