Off-Airport Check-in

Enjoy the Off-Airport Check-in Service, a seamless departure add-on designed to enhance travel convenience.

Eligible guests may complete their flight check-in and luggage drop directly at the hotel, with their bags securely transferred to Changi Airport and loaded onto their departing aircraft. Travel light and explore freely before your departure.

Luggage Drop: 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
Valid for: Singapore Airlines-operated flights departing between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. (excluding flights to the United States)
Price: S$29 per luggage

For flights departing between 12.00 a.m. and 7.00 a.m., luggage must be dropped off one day prior.

This service will be available from 19 May 2026.
