Town Seafood Symphony


From 1 March 2023, Town Restaurant presents the Seafood Symphony buffet dinner, available exclusively on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
 
Savour a vibrant showcase of seafood delights, including lively presentations which see a delightful Boston lobster roll station, theatrical carving demonstrations of whole New Zealand king salmon and yellowfin tuna, as well as a charcoal grill brimming with luxurious seafood such as the Creole butter bamboo lobster and king prawns. The dynamic experience extends to a do-it-yourself taco counter featuring Hokkaido Scallops and buttery Hamachi (yellowtail), and a create-your-own noodle bowl station brimming with Boston Lobster, Alaskan Crab and more.
 
Alongside this great spectacle, savour a one-time serving of the ‘Chef’s Special’ - sea urchin in shell with Nomad caviar, soft roasted cauliflower and ponzu wafu in pipette. Another highlights not to be missed is the three-cheese baked lobster with charcoal crumble and nuts.
 
Reach a sweet finale with the debut of our liquid nitrogen ice cream topped with fish floss, caramel and salted walnut, as well as the chocolate salted egg yolk lava with chocolate sorbet, topped with crispy fish skin. For classic treats, cave into timeless creations such as the pulut hitam, French vanilla custard tart and an array of Peranakan kueh, cakes and puddings.
