Whisk your lover up and away from the bustle with an intimate dining experience at The Lighthouse. The exclusive menu comprises five courses, including chilli crab thermidor, chorizo risoni, and A5 Kagoshima beef with Périgord black truffle from the south of France, for enjoyment against the impressive backdrop of the city skyline. A vegetarian menu is also available.

Date Night Buffet Dinner

For those who believe the way to one’s heart is through the stomach, our Date Night Buffet Dinner promises an evening of bonding over brimming plates. Savour special highlights such as pan-roasted premium Angus beef with black truffle, and be enticed by Valentine’s Day-themed desserts — from entremets and tarts, to a live station serving light-as-air angel food cake with fresh strawberry compote.

Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng presents his inspired creations with a five-course journey, spanning luxurious Chinese creations such as superior abalone soup with ‘Yuan Yang’ wanton, and simmered egg noodles with Boston lobster and caviar in truffle jus, capped off sweetly with rose-scented coconut ice, chocolate lava glutinous rice dumpling and honey cake.

'Mon Amour' Degustation Dinner

The four-course ‘Mon Amour’ Set Dinner offers a choice of mains: Black Angus beef tenderloin with pan-seared foie gras in port wine reduction, or pan-seared turbot and scampi with Oscietra caviar. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Marina Bay and a plush French bistro-style interior, the elegant restaurant is ideal for a romantic meal by the waterfront.

'Romance Under the Stars' Degustation Menu

For a laidback – yet no less impressive – ambience, Lantern will be serving a four-course menu, showcasing delicate flavours from the ocean like razor clam with Kaluga caviar and Sauvignon Blanc, and Patagonian Toothfish served with yuzu Beurre Blanc. Perfect for your unhurried enjoyment while soaking up the evening breezes and panoramic views of Marina Bay.

Afternoon Tea & Sundown Soiree

Perfect for a cosy tête-à-tête, Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu has composed a love-inspired Afternoon Tea repertoire. Presented in shades of eye-catching red and dreamy pink, the medley will entice with savoury treats like Boston lobster with avocado and caviar. Like any love story, the romance continues with desserts both delicate and intense — from raspberry chiffon with lychee mousse and bandung rose gel, to toasted macadamia tartlet with Araguani 72% chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline feuilletine.

At dusk, The Landing Point will transform into an intimate setting for the Sundown Soiree for Two. Presented on the signature three-tier stand, the savoury selection will be emboldened with deeper flavours like Nomad caviar blinis and Brillat-Savarin with truffle honey, balanced with Chef Prabhu’s sweet creations.
