It has been The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong’s great honour to have collaborated with “Hong Kong’s father of marine conservation”, the late Professor Brian Morton, publishing  “Sea Creatures & Animals”, a meaningful bilingual children’s book. 

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong has partnered with Urban Spring to offer smart filtered water refill stations called Well井 all around the hotel as a sustainable option to replace plastic bottled water, reducing single-use plastic.

With a mission to plant the seeds for sustainability, Farm by the Ocean is specially designed to bring guests closer to nature with a sensory farm experience and celebrate local biodiversity in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

To pay homage to Hong Kong's unique nature and heritage, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong excavated and preserved a few beautiful granite rocks during the hotel’s hillside development.
