Honey & Lemon Afternoon Tea

Bright, fresh, and elegantly sweet, ripe lemons and smooth honey meet.

Each savoury creation shines with citrus's refreshing zing, thoughtfully balanced by honey's luscious depth — from caviar-topped Marinated Boston Lobster with lemon aioli, to Hokkaido Scallop with watermelon, lemon, and vanilla.

For sweeter pleasures, indulge in the dreamy Lemon Honey — elderflower curd and honey lemon gel sandwiched between lemon shortbread — and the creamy Citrus Cheesecake, enhanced with honey crémeux.

Our specially concocted Citrus Honey, finished with a dash of Sober Gin, completes the experience with a gentle buzz.
