For one evening only, La Brasserie presents Sake à la Française, an intimate four-course dining experience that explores the delicate interplay between French cuisine and Japanese sake.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with a curated sake to complement, contrast and reveal new dimensions of flavour.
Ryoji Nagata, Sake Sommelier and recipient of the Sommelier Excellence certification from the Japan Sommelier Association, will guide guests through the evening and share the craftsmanship and character behind each pour.
Set against La Brasserie’s elegant waterfront backdrop, discover how the finesse of French culinary tradition finds a natural companion in the complexity of sake.
