Sourcing From Local Suppliers

Our relationships with community businesses ensure the freshest ingredients are delivered every day, reducing unnecessary food waste across our outlets. In 2023, our chefs sourced over 60 percent of produce, meat and fish from local suppliers.

We source our bread from The Bread & Butter Project, a social enterprise bakery based in Marrickville. Guest can now enjoy freshly baked bread that not only tastes delicious but also supports the local community. The Bread & Butter Project provides training and opportunities to refugees and asylum seekers who aspire to become bakers. Any profit they generate is used to create employment pathways and support trainees.

We source microgreens and sprouts for our food and beverage outlets from Urban Green Sydney, a commercial indoor farm operating in the heart of Sydney.
