Christmas at Town Restaurant celebrates the pleasure of a table filled with seasonal favourites. The feast opens with seafood on ice before the enticing aromas of Roasted Christmas Turkey, Orange Maple Glazed Boneless Ham with Charred Pineapple, and Peruvian Spiced Meltique Beef draw guests to the carving station. An international spread invites discovery between servings of these cherished roasts.

On Christmas Day, the pleasure of gathering unfolds across Town Restaurant, Jade and The Courtyard where a grand brunch brings together cherished festive flavours and Cantonese craftsmanship. Jade’s Signature Peking Duck and handcrafted dim sum sit alongside Western specialities, including Town Restaurant’s Argentine Spiced OP Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding and Crackling Pork Knuckle, inviting guests to indulge and savour at leisure.
Nestled beneath the sunlit atrium between the two restaurants, The North Courtyard transforms into a dessert wonderland.
