On Friday and Saturday, the dinner spread is elevated by an aromatic selection of meats and seafood, charcoal-grilled at the al fresco area. On Sunday, the restaurant comes alive with a generous Sunday Brunch, brimming with international and local delights.
Lunar New Year Feasts

Ring in the Year of the Rabbit with a free-flowing Lunar New Year Dinner Feast, served daily. Buffet highlights include braised duck with chestnut and Chinese mushroom, and a selection of roasted meats, from pork char siew to crispy pork belly. For dessert, the line-up includes symbolic staples like Eight Treasures pineapple entremets, glutinous rice balls served in warm red bean soup, and more.
Throughout the season, Town Restaurant’s Sunday Brunch and Lunch Buffet menus will also be elevated with celebratory dishes, such as spicy chilli crab with deep-fried mantou and wok-fried black pepper slipper lobster.
