Spice Odyssey Dinner Buffet

Trace the trail of chillies and spices from across the world. From the smoky bite of jalapeños and serrano chillies to the daring intentisty of Ghost Pepper Buffalo Wings and Carolina Reaper-infused Japanese Spicy Miso Ramen, the journey continues with St. Louis Pork Ribs, glazed in a rich Red Savina chilli sauce. 

Closer to home, the odyssey turns to Singapore's own heritage, with the comforting heat of sambal in Spicy Kueh Pie Tee, Indian delights with fragrant spices, and Peranakan favourites such as Ayam Kuah Lada and Mixed Seafood Devil's Curry, all prepared with time-honoured recipes.

Round off the adventure with an indulgent dessert spread, from Cardamom Coffee Tiramisu and whole cakes to refreshing Lemongrass Sorbet, all enjoyed in the inviting riverside setting of Town Restaurant.
