Begin with a choice of tender Tartare de Bœuf, or Thon Obèse.

For the main act, enjoy gourmet pleasures from land or sea — Longe d’agneau, grass-fed Lumina lamb loin served with creamy leek soubise, succulent Collier de Porc Ibérique with sea buckthorn and local basil, or velvety Légine, complemented with lemon confit and sakura ebi.

A sweet finish comes courtesy of the iconic Crème Brûlée or Pavlova.
