Singapore and veteran actor Mr Li Nan Xing - a passionate home chef known for his Peranakan-style cooking – shares seven local dishes crafted from his treasured family recipes at Town Restaurant’s dinner buffet.

Veteran actor and passionate chef Mr Li Nan Xing

 

The feast begins at a live station with Mr Li’s Bak Kut Teh with Black Garlic and Crispy Seafood Cake, served fresh and piping hot. His Bak Kut Teh is crafted with a refined blend of aromatics and tender pork ribs, while the Crispy Seafood Cake reimagines the classic prawn fritter, paired with his signature dipping sauce.

 

The buffet is complemented by local favourites and Singapore-inspired dishes by Town Restaurant’s culinary team, including Roti John and Meltique Beef Striploin with Percik-inspired flavours from the live carving station.

 

As part of the hotel’s National Day celebrations, Mr Li Nan Xing will be present from 7 to 9 August 2026 to serve his signature creations.
