Delight in the our Signature Afternoon Tea served within the beautiful atrium of the former GPO
Enjoy an afternoon in the elegant grounds of the former General Post Office building as you delight in sweet sensations of lemon mousse with crispy meringue verrine, pistachio and strawberry-rose whipped ganache roulade, as well as raspberry and lychee tart.
To complement the experience, our savoury selections include nori wrapped Tasmanian salmon with caviar, truffled egg salad sandwiches, chicken pâté brioche and cashew cheese, toasted pistachio ravioli.
