Baby Sitting/ Child Care
Babysitting services can be recommended; however, the hotel is unable to make arrangements on behalf of guests.
In the interest of safety and security, all bicycles and personal mobility devices must be stored with the concierge. Bicycles and personal mobility devices are not permitted in guest elevators and cannot be stored in public areas, guest accommodations, or meeting rooms.
To ensure the comfort of our guests, all guestrooms will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it is clean and damage-free prior to check-in. Guests staying in guestrooms which are found with damages prior to or after check-out as well as guestrooms which are left in a condition which require additional cleaning will incur a cleaning fee starting from 500 AUD. The charge will be charged to the credit card on file.
Connecting rooms are avilable but not guaranteed and need t be requested in advance. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.

Payments by Credit Card incur a merchant service fee of 1.5 percent added to the amount payable.
A credit card will be pre-authorized at check-in. If the room is prepaid, the pre-authorization will be 200 AUD per night. If the reservation is not prepaid, the credit card will be authorized for the amount of the accomodation plus an additional 200 AUD per night for incidentals.
All requests for early check-in are subject to availability on the day of arrival. The hotel willt ry to accommodate early check-in requests when available. Check-in is not guaranteed prior to 3pm. In order to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved for the night before.
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of their confirmed length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Executive Club Lounge
Children under 12 years of age are welcome to join their parents in the Executive Club Lounge during the day. However, children are not permitted during evening service from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
Rollaway beds and cribs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Rollaway beds are available for a nightly fee in selected rooms and suites. Cribs are complimentary. For further information, please contact the hotel directly.
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of guest room. Rollaway beds may incur extra charges; cribs are included in the cost of the room.
For security purposes, valid photo identification of the guest listed on the reservation is required at check-in. If another guest of the room needs to check-in before, please call the hotel or email [email protected] to add guests to your reservation.
Standard check-out time is 11am. We are pleased to offer late check-out subject to availability on departure date for an additional fee. For late check-out between 12pm and 5pm, a charge of 50% of the daily room rate will apply. For check-outs after 5pm, the full daily room rate will apply.
The city of Sydney continues to evolve, enhancing visitor's services and experience. Due to the central city location of the hotel, urban design projects may cause minor noise distrubance from time to time.
To ensure quiet stays for all guests, parties are not permitted in guest rooms and suites. A courtesy warning will be given to guests who disregard this policy and a second complaint will result in an eviction from the hotel without a refund of that night's charge.
The maximum occupancy for a room with two double beds if four people using existing bedding. For rooms and suites with a king bed, maximum occupancy is three people (either two adults and one child, or one adult and two children). All guests must register at the Front Desk. Please not that the minimum legal age for check-in is twenty-one years old.
Guests paying in cash will be asked to pay full accommodation rates plus 300 AUD bond per day for incidentals. The unused portion of the bond will be refunded at check-out.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed; however, prior arrangement will need to be made. For assistance, please contact the hotel directly.
Only in-house guests may apply for photography on the Grand Staircase, subject to availability. If approved, a fee of 250 AUD per hour applies (exceptions are granted for wedding events held at the hotel).
In accordance with the local regulations, close-circuit television operates continuously within the hotel, including public areas, event spaces, corridors, and elevators. Phone calls to and from the hotel may also be monitored for quality and training purposes. Please refer to our website for Online Privacy Statement with relation to data collection.
The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is a 100% smoke-free including all public areas, guest rooms and suites. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found in the room. The fee is 500 AUD for guest rooms and 800 AUD for suites.
A maximum of three guests are allowed in the Martin Place and Heritage Long Suite.
