Service of alcoholic beverages is restricted to patrons who are 18 years of age or older with valid photo identification.
Babysitting services can be recommended; however, the hotel is unable to make arrangements on behalf of guests.
In the interest of safety and security, all bicycles and personal mobility devices must be stored with concierge. Bicycles and personal mobility devices are not permitted in guest elevators and cannot be stored in public areas, guest accommodations or meeting rooms.
To ensure the comfort of our guests, each guestroom will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it is clean and damage-free prior to check-in. Guests staying in guestrooms that are found with damages prior to or after check-out as well as guestrooms that are left in a condition which requires additional cleaning will incur a cleaning fee starting from A$500. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Payments by credit card incur a merchant service fee of 1.5 percent added to the amount payable.
A credit card will be pre-authorised at check-in. If the room is prepaid, the pre-authorisation will be A$100 per night. If the reservation is not prepaid, the credit card will be authorised for the amount of the accommodation, plus an additional A$100 per night for incidentals.
All requests for early check-in are subject to availability on the day of arrival. The hotel will endeavor to accommodate early check-in requests when available. Check-in is not guaranteed prior to 3.00 p.m. In order to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved from the night before check-in.
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100 percent of their confirmed length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Executive Club Lounge
Children under 12 years of age are welcome to join their parents in the Executive Club Lounge during the day. However, children are not permitted during evening service from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Rollaway beds and cribs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Rollaway beds are available for a nightly fee in selected rooms and suites. Cribs are complimentary. For further information, please contact the hotel directly.
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years of age or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guestroom. Rollaway beds may incur extra charges; cribs are included in the cost of the room.
For security purposes, valid photo identification of the guest listed against the reservation is required at check-in. If another guest of the room needs to check-in before the guest listed against the reservation, please call the hotel or email email@example.com to add these guests to your reservation.
Standard check-out time is 11.00 a.m. We are pleased to offer late check-out subject to availability on the departure date for an additional fee. For late check-out between 12.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m., a charge of 50 percent of the daily room rate will apply. For check-outs after 5.00 p.m., the full daily room rate will apply.
The city of Sydney continues to evolve, enhancing visitor's services and experience. Due to the central city location of the hotel, urban design projects may cause minor noise disturbance from time to time.
To ensure quiet stays for all guests, parties are not permitted in guest rooms and suites. A courtesy warning will be given to guests who disregard this policy and a second complaint will result in an eviction from the hotel without a refund of that night's charge.
The maximum occupancy for a room with two double beds is four people using existing bedding. For rooms and suites with a king bed, maximum occupancy is three people (either two adults and one child, or one adult and two children). All guests must register at the Front Desk. Please note that the minimum legal age for check-in is 21 years old.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, cash payments are currently not accepted at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney. Only credit card payments will be accepted.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel. Only service animals are allowed; however, prior arrangement will need to be made. For assistance, please contact the hotel directly.
Only in-house guests may apply for photography on the Grand Staircase, subject to availability. If approved, a fee of A$250 per hour applies (exceptions are granted for wedding events held at the hotel).
In accordance with the local regulations, close-circuit television operates continuously within the hotel, including public areas, event spaces, corridors, and elevators. Phone calls to and from the hotel may also be monitored for quality and training purposes. Please refer to our website for the Online Privacy Statement with relation to data collection.
The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is 100 percent smoke-free, including all public areas, guestrooms and suites. A sanitation fee of A$500 for guestrooms and A$800 for suites will be charged where evidence of smoking is found.
A maximum of three guests are allowed in the Martin Place Suite and Heritage Long Suite.
