End of year food & beverage packages are available for bookings during the Christmas season and are subject to venue availability.

Packages are subject to a minimum number of guests as follows:

Grand Ballroom: Minimum 200 guests
Heritage Ballroom: Minimum 100 guest.

Terms & Conditions

• Offers are valid for new event bookings only.
• Bookings must be confirmed and contracted by 30 September 2026.
• Offers apply to events held on or before 31 December 2026.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special rate.
• The Fullerton Hotel Sydney reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw these offers at any time without prior notice.
• All bookings are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions, including cancellation, deposit, and payment requirements.
• By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
