- *Please note that only one set of tickets are allocated per reservation. One welcome amenity cake is allocated per reservation.
- Rooms are subject to availability and reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the intended arrival date.
- Full payments must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival date in order to confirm Room Booking and Theatre Tickets.
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival and no-shows will incur a one-night room charge.
- All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card. The Fullerton Hotel Sydney reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an invalid credit card and to pre-authorise the card prior to arrival.
- All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- A merchant service fee of 1.85% applies to all credit card transactions. A 1.4% fee applies to debit card transactions.
