In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney will be offering a specially curated pink-themed Afternoon Tea at The Bar from 1 to 31 October 2020.
Indulge in a pink-themed Fullerrton Afternoon Tea set under the light-filled atrium at The Bar, with six specially crafted pink desserts by the Fullerton Fullerton pastry team. Sweet pink treats include Raspberry Yuzu Delice, Lychee Yoghurt Rocher, Pink Guava Cremeux with Rose Gel, Strawberry Basil Éclair, Baked Philly Cheesecake and Morello Cherry Mousse with Hibiscus Jelly.
Pink hues carry throughout the savoury selection with fresh Tasmanian Salmon with Tsuyu and Ginger Flakes, Roasted Beetroot and Goat Cheese Tartlet, Salted Butter and Cucumber Sandwich, Free Range Chicken and Celery in Sesame Bun, Lobster Basket with Avruga Caviar, Classic Free-range Egg Sandwich and Braised Wagyu Short Rib with Pickled Radish and Fried Shallots.

For each Pink Afternoon Tea set sold during the month of October, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney will be donating a portion of proceeds to the National Breast Cancer Foundation in support of its efforts towards the prevention and cure of breast cancer.
