This Valentine’s Day, dine at The Place restaurant under our light-filled atrium, framed by the timeless architecture of the historic GPO, as you enjoy an exquisite four-course menu.
Begin with fresh seafood, featuring premium Ōra King Salmon and seared Abrolhos Island Scallops, before moving to the earthy flavours of Black Truffles paired with a perfectly slow-cooked Beef Sirloin. To conclude, indulge in our decadent Signature 32 Layered Chocolate Cake with whipped cream and raspberry for a special romantic touch and Petit Fours.
