Nestled beneath the atrium, you'll be welcomed with a glass of champagne, a red rose, and petit four chocolates. Indulge in the finest Australian produce and exquisite flavors, including cured yellowfin tuna with rose apple and finger lime granita, grilled WA marron, pan-seared Murray cod, and a decadent love bomb dessert featuring flourless chocolate sponge, raspberry gel, dark chocolate gelato, and Italian meringue.
