Epula is a refined dining destination from the acclaimed Tapavino Group, with Executive Chef Adam Bourke at the helm.

Named after the Roman Latin word for 'feast,’ Epula offers a seamless blend of European classics and Modern Australian cuisine, elevated by delicate Japanese elements. This culinary experience is paired with an exceptional beverage selection, featuring a curated wine list from Italy, Spain, France and Australia, alongside classic cocktails with unique twists.

Housed within the grand, heritage-listed former General Post Office, Epula is the perfect setting for a special occasion or a sophisticated evening out.

 

Open Monday to Friday from 12.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m. and Saturday from 5.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
 

Public Holidays Opening Hours : 

24, 25 and 31 December 2025: 12.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. 
1 January 2026: 12.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
