ANZAC Day, a significant day in Australian history, will be commemorated on Saturday, 25 April 2026.

Please kindly note the following information. There will be road closures and traffic restrictions throughout the Sydney CBD, including some areas surrounding The Fullerton Hotel Sydney at No.1 Martin Place. 

Dawn Service
The NSW ANZAC Day Dawn Service will take place at the Cenotaph on Martin Place at 4.20 a.m. If you are attending the dawn service, the entrance gates are from George Street and Castlereagh Street. 

Road Closures
Parking restrictions and road closures will be in effect throughout the city, during this time, there will be no vehicle access to or from the hotel.

• Pitt Street, George Street and Castlereagh Street will be closed from 1.00 a.m. until 3.00 p.m. 
• Elizabeth Street and King Street will be closed from 6.00 a.m. until 3.00 p.m. 

Transport/Parking
Guests arriving or departing during the closure period will need to be dropped off or picked up outside the road closure zone. Pedestrian access will remain available at all times, however, please allow additional time due to crowd management measures in place. 

For your convenience, the nearest suitable drop-off and pick-up locations are expected to be: 

• Bridge Street (near George Street intersection) 
• Macquarie Street (near Bent Street / Bridge Street area). 

From these locations, the hotel is approximately a 5 to 10-minute walk, depending on pedestrian conditions on the day. We recommend planning your travel arrangements in advance to minimise any inconvenience. 

Dining
We have extended trading hours for The Place and The Bar on ANZAC Day to accommodate guests that may be attending the dawn service or parade.  

The Bar:
5.30 a.m. - 10.00 p.m.  

The Place:
Breakfast: 5.00 a.m. - 11.00 a.m.
Lunch: 12.00 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. 
Dinner: Closed.
