Partnering with OzHarvest

Sustainable food practices support the environment, and also provide an exceptional dining experience for guests. We actively monitor our food production and reduce unnecessary waste output by sourcing fresh ingredients, repurposing food and donating to charities.

To see that consumable food does not end up in landfill, our kitchen made donations to OzHarvest, a not-for-profit food rescue organisation that operates throughout Australia. Their efforts provide over 7 million meals a year to feed those in need.
